The U2 Knee™ System, designed by the UNITED ORTHOPEDIC CORPORATION (UOC), is a complete range of 1^st line treatment PTGs: Fixed and mobile CR, fixed and mobile PS and PSA revision with constrained insert.

The fixed tibial baseplate is commonly used in fixed cruciate-retaining (U2 CMA™) and posterior stabilised (U2 PS™) fixed inserts.

The mobile tibial baseplate is commonly used in cruciate-retaining (U2 MBC™) and posterior stabilised (U2 MB™) mobile inserts

Description

The PTG U2 PS™ is a fixed-bearing posterior stabilised femoral prosthesis with a fixed PS insert.

The posterior stabilised femur has a multi-radius design with a “patella friendly” trochlear groove that promotes flexion and stability.

The CMA tibial baseplate provides the option of adding a short pin and tibial wedges.
